Ethiopia

Ethiopia is one of the fastest growing economies of the world, with significant economic development. Of the total population of 135 million, 60% of that is youth.

Despite rapid economic growth, childhood undernutrition, poverty and lack of basis services remain a challenge for many families. Approximately 38% of Ethiopian children under five are stunted, significantly higher than the worldwide average of around 21%. The country also remains above regional averages for childhood stunting.

We established an office in Ethiopia in 2019, aiming for national-level impact by mainstreaming our approach by working with government and partners.
